Scope and operator

Website operator: Mohit Pandey, India. This policy applies to mohitpandey.in. Data-handling practices reference India’s Digital Personal Data Protection framework without implying legal certification. Privacy questions can be sent to email@mohitpandey.in.

  • Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 - Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (opens in a new tab)

Information processed

The website has no analytics, advertising pixels, newsletter, account system, contact form, or checkout. Processing is limited to routine hosting records, voluntary email communication, linked assets, and user-initiated Cal.com scheduling.

  • Hosting and security logs can include IP address, browser details, requested URL, timestamp, and diagnostic information.
  • Email communication can include the sender address, message, attachments, and related correspondence.
  • Google Fonts and Font Awesome assets are delivered by external CDNs and can receive standard request information.
  • Cal.com scheduling loads only after a booking action; scheduling details and standard request information are then handled by Cal.com.

Purpose, disclosure, and retention

Information is processed to deliver and secure the website, diagnose faults, prevent abuse, respond to correspondence, and meet applicable obligations. Data can be handled by hosting, email, font, or CDN providers where required for those functions. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security, correspondence, operational, or legal purposes.

Rights, security, and international access

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards protect stored information, but no internet transmission offers absolute security. Depending on applicable law, requests can cover access, correction, deletion, grievance handling, or withdrawal of consent. International visitors can trigger cross-border processing through hosting and third-party infrastructure.

  • Privacy requests require sufficient information to identify the relevant record.
  • External profile, marketplace, and project links follow the destination service privacy terms.
  • Material policy changes receive a revised effective or modified date.

Cookies and future changes

No non-essential first-party cookies are intentionally set. Opening the user-initiated Cal.com scheduler can enable functional third-party storage governed by Cal.com. A separate Cookie Policy and preference controls will be added before analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking is introduced.

Review note

Practical baseline content for the current website behavior. Qualified legal review remains recommended before commercial sales, broader data collection, analytics, or account features begin.
